We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Because our products are digital courses, we have the following refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- Subscription payments are refundable only for the most recent charge, and only if less than 7 days have passed.
- Refunds are not available if you have downloaded course materials in full.
2. How to Request a Refund

- All refund requests will be processed through Paddle, our payment partner.
3. Exceptions
- We do not provide refunds for:
- Completed courses.
- Customers who purchased by mistake but accessed the content.
- Violations of our Terms (e.g., sharing account access).
4. Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method in USD.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
